Pretty much yearly per the union. There is lots of other ways to come up by changing positions, and progressing through the levels. If you need money you can always volunteer for overtime too.

I think the shift hours should be changed to going nights then nights again then days to days. I believe this would make it easier on shift workers and their sleeping schedules.

You feel great when you get there, Until They come up and tell you the schedule has been changed for the third time that week, THEN later they tell you YOU MUST STAY overtime... AND this is pretty much EVERYDAY!!! So if you have NO life or Family go work for them.. The Pay IS Great!!
