Well what can I said 99.9 % accurate what all former and current employees are saying about the management not the Company. It's a shame that the top poeple in Boise ID are doing nothing and letting go good and faithful employees.

Pretty much yearly per the union. There is lots of other ways to come up by changing positions, and progressing through the levels. If you need money you can always volunteer for overtime too.

Former warehouse/Driver Bakersfield. I agree with the service technician that said, get better poeple to manage your Central California Division. There's a lot of favoritism plus they're letting go good hard working employees, just because they don't like them to defend them selfs against their unjustified and out of sense policy they make.
