What advice would you give the CEO of J.R. Simplot Company about how to improve it?
I've seen machinery fixed with packing tape, broken, and fixed again. I could've fixed it with a simple wrench. Our forklifts weren't maintained either. A forklift would break and they'd replace it with an old, slightly less broken part. Why they couldn't be bothered to fix things is beyond me. It's a billion dollar company
Well what can I said 99.9 % accurate what all former and current employees are saying about the management not the Company. It's a shame that the top poeple in Boise ID are doing nothing and letting go good and faithful employees.
Pretty much yearly per the union. There is lots of other ways to come up by changing positions, and progressing through the levels. If you need money you can always volunteer for overtime too.
