If your a YES man then this company is for you

Let’s start by saying that if you’re a YES man then this company is right for you. Secondly I will say you will be given a manager/dispatcher/safety direct all being the same person with no experience of what they’re doing. Dispatch is buddy buddy management so be careful . Also upper management doesn’t not allow lower management to make the decisions so if you sign on for a specific route more then likely you won’t get it because they’ll sign you up for their agenda rather than treating you like a professional truck driver like you are. CSA and DOT are horrific due to the negligence of management and upper management uses their drivers like cattle where they say next driver up to warm the seat. If you apply here just know upper management has their best interest at heart not yours or lower management they can care less. Drivers are like a revolving door with this company good luck anyone who joins this circus . The only positive thing about this company is the pay but they manipulate your journeys so happy trails and watch out for the scales they already know the DOT number if you know what I mean

no safety at all. have not had a safety meeting since i started. bad work culture. fires all the time in the fryers and no investigations on anything. Safety and health is a joke here!
