Overall enjoyed my experience working for this company.
I enjoyed working for this company overall. I feel that the pay rate a bit less than what I think my work was worth given the years of experience that I came to the company with. Most employees were helpful and easy to get along and work with. I worked remotely for this company and at times felt that for that reason, there was not job security. I worked there for 15+ years and was permanent laid off when COVID-19 came about.

Great place for making money
A lot of overtime available which is great for increase monetary payments. Advancement was harder to come by but after a while not much of a challenge due to the muscle memory being built.

Very happy with J.S. McCarthy Printers.
6:30 am, review and update job status, schedule and daily shipping report. open new jobs, estimate new jobs and constant contact with sales, production and scheduling. I have learned that people matter most to me. I manage 3.4 million in sales and am good at it. Rockstar to most of my clients. The workplace culture is great. The hardest part of the job is having to deal with the stress. The most enjoyable part is a happy client.

Hired through Bonney Staffing
Per diem work with little chance of permanent hire. Pace of work wasn't varied and standing still in one space continuously throughout the workday was not enjoyable.
