The leadership encouraged gossiping and back biting among officers of the firm. It was very stressful and HR is useless. Worst place to work if you are not a follower.

I am fortunate I have an incredible team I work with, we have a great office culture where we respect and genuinely enjoy each others company. I have a great manager and would consider that person a trusted friend. I'm sure not every branch has the same culture but there are a lot of great people that work here I've met at other branches. I have learned a lot about the financial world due to my location in a financial area and most clients are working in private equity, investment bank or some other financial field. I've learned a lot from my colleagues and clients which has helped me in my personal life. I'd recommend taking the opportunity to learn about your client's businesses and you will in turn have deeper conversations with your clients and take away more from the role. This is a financial sales role and involves a lot of calling and relationship building. You need to be self-motivated and comfortable calling, however this is not a hard sales role. You will build genuine relationships with your clients and over time you will find they come to you for financial services.

Operation Senior Specialist in Milwaukee, WI
on June 10, 2021
I learned so much the time I was there and enjoyed my job. I would of stayed if it wasn’t for the merge and lay off at the time. The training lasted 30 days and that is something every company should still do. I’m not sure how they do things now.

Interview Questions

They made a lot of "Describe a difficult situation with a client and how did you resolve it", and also asked "talk about a client that wasn't agreeing with you and what did you do", "what did you do in a situation where you had little instructions" and they asked to read a paragraph in spanish. They asked in english and spanish on the in person interview. For the video spanish interview, they asked to read, translate a paragraph and a call, and present yourself in Spanish. This process was for a biligual phone customer service specialist.

Basically they were "let's get to know you and how you think" to see if I would fit into their office in the position I was taking.
