Give the ability to there part time personnel to work their hours all together so the don’t have to work six days in order to get forty hours. For example a 20 hour work week can be worked in 2.5 days leaving the ability to have their other jobs in five days.

Nobody wants to work six days per week!!!

I will hire people that care! Not just a job! We all make mistakes but not giving second chance, just terminating them because of code of conduct especially for $3 short, and says inconsistency on coin bdown, was bad management. They should also looked at the person personality and work ethics, history and length of employment! Ruining people's career is bad karma!

If I was in charge, I would shut down the entire company which would make this whole world a better place.

Give ideal to help the company.

If given the opportunity, I would address JP Morgan Chase in the area of serving home loans with more filters ,inclusive of auditing loans post closing,
