It's a one strike and your out company. They say that retention is important to them but they could care less. Managers get dinged if a banker quits...how is that fair? There are so many policies and procedures (now called chase answers) that not one personal could memorize, yet if you are found doing one thing wrong, you will be investigated by GS and I and promptly fired by HR. This company doesn't care about it's people, nor the community. Chase is a GREEDY company and everyone should watch their backs...there is no comradery between employees or managers. If you do anything different than what CHASE thinks is ok....your days are numbered.

I did leave. I loved working there but management in Fraud Hotline was horrible!!!
I exceeded expectations in every area except for call handle time and was constantly faced with a needs improvement and did not get a raise because of this. Although I elected to make the customer my priority. It totally confused me that they would set in place core values and could careless about the customer in reality. Mistakes where made on my quality reviews and when brought to management's attention I was advised it was not possible to correct. I believe that evaluations should be done on management by the department's employees and reviewed by the managers by the department's head who's normally a miles away to aid in their performance review.
