Poor MANAGEMENT. ONE bad manager can affect the best employee and upper management doesn't care to hear your complaints. IF you complain your days are numbered. HR is OK with inappropriate and unfair managers behavior and language.
Lack of leadership, bureaucracy and incompetent management. NO compensation.
Micromanagement. It will either make you quit or cause you to be terminated.
Very unkind environment, it is a 50/50 chance someone will return a good morning.
Once PTO is up termination is waiting at the end of your next call off or absence.
For every praise you get, there are a 100 coaching and corrections in the same day.
Racism *especially from a particular group of people. They cover for each other, bring their friends and families in to work with the firm.
Your experience and loyalty is not being appreciated.
Lack of job security. Jobs are always outsourced. You can be out of a job tomorrow, without notice, and they can do it legally.

Constant team change

Micromanaged for time, regulation, and compliance

Once PTO is up termination is waiting at the end of your next call off or absence.

Always being compared to another call center not even located in America.

Racism *especially from a particular group of people. They cover for each other, bring their friends and families in, give each other 5 keys, they celebrate every birthday and baby shower only for those in their group, no one outside their clique, culture, race, ethnicity is welcomed.* I even observed one being given a raise, just so he could get a bigger offer in another department.

Only certain cultures are celebrated while others are ignored at specific time of the year. Management ignores these ongoing problems.

No holiday party for the little people in the call center. Just a dinner outing less than $20 per person at places that management pick instead of giving employee a list to choose from. No bonuses; just will kindergarten dress up your desk for the holiday event and little candy being handed out.

Employees being very unprofessional with their inability to censor their choice of topic and language. It's for all to here and managers sit by and say nothing.

I am getting ready to leave for these reasons.

Not enough hours for an adult that has a family and pay rent . This job is for a college student that is living with mom and dad . You basically have to wait 15 days to get less than 600. Dollars. Also, work environment is boring, you have to stay in a dead place for more than 8 hours with no music
And nothing to do just act like a robot waiting for a customer to come!
Good benefits and pay but who’s going to survive with 20 hours a week ?

It’s horrible place to work because of the poor management
They easily can let you down regardless how hard you work
Your experience and loyalty is not being appreciated not financially
HR ok with inappropriate and unfair managers behavior
It’s very sad that most of the time that some people can be promoted 4 times a year even they are null in what they do and some knowledgeable resources is not even being paid attention too
At times you feel that you are being torched on purpose

The company is way too large to function. Being an employee there was tough because of the level of bureaucracy you're forced to deal with on a daily basis i.e. waiting on your manager to contact their manager and consult with a few other managers to deal with a client issue on a phone call less than five minutes long. The amount of stress you deal with on average will kill you. Everyone working at Chase is causing problems for someone else while covering up their own mistakes.

Inefficiency, bureaucracy (too much red tape involved), a poor management team that doesn't listen to their associates; most importantly, no momentum to create change in the workplace if managers aren't willing to change or listen to their direct reports.
