The old guys would smooth talk you, but theres nothing to it, empty flowery words. They'll use you, give you something that'll make you stay, but drown you with more work that you're not supposed to be doing. I want to be in a company that there's about five hundred employee, but most of them are doing their job because they have been screened for it or at least with a positive work attitude. This is not that company. Some people who's permanent in this company isn't even doing their best. I am just hanging for now. I'll drop the word one day and I'll be out.
You bend over backwards for the company with no gratitude given. The more you give the less they give.
Being told of doing something when you know you did not do.
