Walked away after 25 years of employment, couldn’t watch management any longer dehumanizing employees. Always under microscope and making 3 second judgement calls to the negative. No respect for the hard working employees and making discriminating comments. No raises once your maxed out but they expect more from you each year. After 6 years without raise or any appreciation, my conscience told me to move on. I would rather work for less money at another company than to work for a company that has no regard for your hard work and dedication. Best decision of my life leaving after 25 years of service and sacrifice to this company.
