Make SURE the equipment that is given to employees to use WORKS before sending it to them.
Make sure that Warehouse HAS CORRECT INVENTORY.

Google Spreadsheets are not going to increase customer satisfaction. We want all manager presence in our stores and not just a Google Sheet shoved in our face.

I would put the focus away from our bottom line and look more at how we can make it a better day for our employees and focus on customer service. In the Midwest we have area managers who are being recognized By store management, but not by their territory or regional manager. It is a sad day when pride and power causes us to loose exceptional employees. This is not what we signed up for when we became a Jacent. I challenge all territory managers to seriously look at those who resigned in 2018, practice some humility, and get them back!

There human resource department is flawed. They work for corporate and not the enmployee. A person would think it would be a safe place to go but they send an email to all concerned. I really did not want my harassment spread throughout the office.

I would break the veil between corporate and regional managers. People can say that things are being done one way when in reality the opposite is done.

Better training
Better management at least understanding
Stop bouncing people all over the city to stores just have people service a few stores at a time
No time restrictions on stores let you work the product and make it look nice instead of jumping to other stores
