No. If anything, this.company has become worse at hiring competent management and they still are not a great company to be employed by.

No, people continue to leave like a revolving door. They push overloading products so strips look awful, then product gets damaged, which most stores have to absorb that damage.

I have been with this company for over 5 years. It definitely is not getting better. Their distribution to stores is poor and it is hard to get product out. Inventory runs low causing a lot of out of stocks. Themidwest managers do not understand and just keep saying it will get better.
Look at the reviews. I think they speak for themselves. The company has not improved in 2018. So sad. If I were the CEO I definitely would look at the structure and improve things from the bottom up. If merchandisers are happy it will flow upward.
