Assistant General Manager in Anniston, AL
on July 20, 2021
The management makes the environment. Very difficult to voice any concerns or grievances about management and even staff. Heavy use of double standards and favoritism, regardless of proficiency of the job

Can be a fun place to work. Can get fast paced and get unorganized with the wrong crew. Most asst managers don't really care. It's just a pay check. Pay is standard for the late cal area.pays the bills

Managers are nice but the General manager has a horrible attitude. They're always looking to replace you, don't ever think you'll keep a steady job there, they'll cut your hours randomly without explanation.

Working the night shift can be hard because mostly you are working with teenagers and it being their first job.. Yet the shift goes by fast and what needs to be done is set clearly before you.. Management is AMAZING at my store.
