Took me about 3-4 weeks to get hired completely. Have to go through a physical, psych evaluation, drug test, and background check.

The pay is deceiving though. You don’t make as much as the website says even if you have experience. I was lied to all the way through my hiring process about pay. They didn’t tell me till after I got hired what I was going to make and it was not no $17-$18 like the website makes it sound like.
