The parking payment take almost half of the salary from all employees who makes less money and from everyone.
Should be flat fee $1 dayli when employee working not monthly deduction because no body works 30 days in a row. Only workings day.

We have good and hard-working employees are leaving Jackson Memorial Hospital. It's time for bosses to sit down with their employees that are leaving to know what and why is the reason that these employees are leaving Jackson Memorial Hospital. Bosses need to start caring and having sympathy for their employees or they will have many hard-working employees leave their units. It's time for a change at Jackson memorial Hospital and it needs to happen now.

Salaries need to improve at Jackson Memorial Hospital Main Campus on the units. All Bosses need to sit down with every individual and talk to them about their Salary. Bosses call Payroll Department and have them involved to correct the Salary for every employees because this is a serious issue. Many employees are not receiving the right Salary or Raises on the units at Jackson Memorial Hospital Main Campus. Especially the PCTs and CNAs at the Main Campus at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Many of PCTs and CNAs been working for years and have many years of experience and certifications. Now PCTs and CNAs are getting paid like they just started the job. PCTs and CNAs are very important to the medical field and work hard at Jackson Memorial Hospital Main Campus on the units. All of the Employees should be treated Fairly and should receive the Right Salary and Raises in Jackson Memorial Hospital Main Campus. Many Improvement needs to happen. One of the improvements are the Salary and Raises at Jackson Memorial Main Campus on the units. Bosses should have sympathy to listen to their employees concerns to make Jackson memorial hospital a better place to work.

All employees should Respect each other. Regardless what positions you have, you still have to respect each other and work together. Some employees think it's okay to talk down to people because they're in a higher positions then that person or for some employees think they are better than other people. Jackson Memorial Hospital is full of different people from different places that are employees. We should all Respect each other and work together. Jackson Memorial Hospital has many of improvements to do but it starts with Employees respect each other.

Provide a wider scope of practice for respiratory therapists as other hospitals provide. Other than that, it is an amazing place to work. Amazing benefits and great salary compared to area hospitals. Teamwork is great

Would create an inbox where workers can displace theirs frustrations n ideas so they can release or vent any upset or behavior.
Would have a 15/20 minutes session to explore new ideas n suggestions to improve the workplace. relations between bosses n employees n among workers as well.

I would try everything to make Jackson workers work in harmony, and more Insurance, increase wages and create Stronger health insurance, were 100% covered each, would allow the Lunch time to be more extensive eg 1 hours and halft. In order to do many things that would benefit our workers more. It would give people the Opportunity to work with the ability to work out their qualicications from their jobs, and they would be producing and obtain experiences at the same time.

Encourage compassion, helpfulness, and going that extra mile to achieve overall organizational goals.
