Years ago Jackson always give raises to employees that's when bosses and managers used to care for their employees. Now it's about their budget. Now you don't even see the raises on the paycheck. Corporate department and CEO needs to look into it. Jackson Memorial Hospital would be a better place if bosses and managers start giving raises to employees.

The Telemetry rooms are too small and outdated. There are too many spacious places to put a Telemetry Room at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The Telemetry Rooms need to be moved to a spacious location at Jackson Memorial Hospital main campus. The Telemetry new room needs to be improved with state-of-the-art monitors and a spacious room for the Telemetry Techs to do telemetry. The monitors for Telemetry need to be more larger and updated. I've been to different hospitals and seen the Telemetry Rooms are spacious and state-of-the-art areas with lockers for the Telemetry Techs. Telemetry Techs have their own area to get a break. They have many Telemetry Techs to give each other lunch breaks and give bathroom breaks. The Telemetry Techs have their own spaces area to do Telemetry. Jackson Memorial Hospital need to relocate the Telemetry Room in a spacious area and state-of-the-art. Jackson Memorial Hospital main campus needs to give a Higher Salary for Telemetry Techs. Jackson Memorial Hospital need to hire more Telemetry Techs. With many improvements being done to relocate Telemetry room spacious and state-of-the-art area at Jackson Memorial Hospital main campus.

Improve the salaries for employees that's been there for years at Jackson Memorial Hospital on the units are making a salary of a employee that just got hired on the job which should be looked into from the CEO, Corporate Department, Payroll Department. Every employee should be paid the right salary. Especially if the employees has years of experience and have certifications at Jackson Memorial Hospital units main campus. If bosses start paying employees the right salary at Jackson Memorial Hospital main campus on units. Jackson Memorial Hospital would be a better place to work.

It's time for bosses to sit down with their employees that are leaving to know what and why is the reason that these employees are leaving Jackson Memorial Hospital. Bosses need to start caring and having sympathy for their employees or they will have many hard-working employees leave their units. It's time for a change at Jackson memorial Hospital and it needs to happen now.

Salaries need Improvement at Jackson Memorial main campus on the units. The employees that's been there working for years on the units also have years of experience and have certifications should receive the Right Salary and Raises. Why are employees that has years of experience been in Jackson memorial hospital Main Campus for years are getting paid low salary? New employees just got hired a couple days ago are getting paid a Higher salary. And these new employees are doing the same position then these employees that's been there for years and have years of experience and have many certifications at Jackson Memorial Hospital Main campus. Many people need investigate into that and go talk to these bosses in all the units at Ja that are doing that to the employees. Everyone should be treated fairly.

All employees should Respect each other. Regardless what positions you have, you still have to Respect each other and work together. Some employees think it's okay to talk down to people because they're in a higher positions then that person or for some employees think they are better than other people. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated at Jackson Memorial Main Campus. Jackson Memorial Hospital Main Campus is full of different people from different places that are employees. We should all Respect each other and work together regardless what position you are in. Jackson Memorial Hospital has many of improvements to do but it starts with Employees Respect each other.

It takes 2 to 3 years to be transferred to a position a person applies for at the Jackson Memorial Hospital Main campus. A person applies for a position numerous of times which their qualify and certify. Human Resource Recruiters don't even call the person to make an appointment or a interview with the manager of the Department. Everyone deserves a chance and a opportunity to elevate their career at Jackson Memorial Hospital Main campus. Human Resource Department needs improvements in their transferring process and changes needs to happen now. No one should wait that long for a position they are qualified for at Jackson Memorial Main Campus.

Employee should not be paying for parking just to work at the hospital. Paying for parking needs to be improved at Jackson Memorial Hospital. That's too much money for the pay period for parking. After the money is taken out of the paycheck for parking. The paycheck don't look like nothing.
