Management in the Southern Indiana/Kentucky district are made aware of unethical and fraudulent behavior but overlook it and actually praise and promote tax preparers that act that way. Tax preparers that are dedicated and work ethically and honestly are often left behind. This district used to be managed by Val and she did a great job. Many left with her and I wish I did.

They're going to lose good hard working tax preparers. Management are always promoting new employees rather their experienced tax preparers who's been around quite sometime with very little pay or bonus incentive. What a shame because I have build client retention over a couple of years. This will definitely be my last season.

In Hazlehurst, MS, beginners train at 7.50, returning preparers are also paid 7.50 for December hours, then 10 per hour. No bonus or commissions and are subject to unfair workplace conditions.
