The truth
Certified Nursing Aide (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILMay 18, 2018
There is no advancement what so ever, everyone is paid minimum wage, doesn't matter if you have 40 years experience, the union gives a 30-35 cent raise once a year, but it gets over thrown by the minimum wage increase. If you are not related to some one from management its difficult to get a job there.but overall its ok the work load isn't to much, housekeeping supervisors get 13/hr and the cooks management as well, there is no shift differential for 3-11 or 11-7 because you are away from your kids and family and you cant even get 25 cent extra to show the employees they do care a little
Pros
employee of the month
Cons
low pay, no advancement, no shift differential

Floor Technician (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJanuary 16, 2018
I really enjoyed this job. I enjoyed helping the residents that stayed there. I enjoyed interacting with them on a daily basis as well. My job was not hard at all. The facility is quiet and clean. I was extremely upset when I was downsized but I understand the business.
