No support. Work thrown at you. No training. No appreciation for hard work and independent perseverance. Cold management. Backstabbing. Demeaning. Prefers new graduates who know nothing. Conspires to let you go as soon as you complete a difficult and lengthy project.
Money, seeing average salary for my position on here is twice the amount I make there is weird stuff going on. If they give same benefits to everyone why is pay so far off. I understand cost of living but over 50,000 a year wow.
