Worked here and the management staff just doesn’t care about their employees. No room for advancement. Would ask all the time to learn new things and would get the cold shoulder. Don’t work here if you are just starting out

Great new facility with 1980's management style

The days start off with meetings upon meetings while managers are rarely around. Management is held to strict metrics and they allow little flexibility when it comes to ways to achieve them. Employees are constantly asked to provide new ways to reach the goals which are quickly shot down or if implemented, there is always a catch. There is always great new product around to look at but never touch. There is a massive divide between sales and service with the latter being constantly micromanaged and undermined while sales reaps the benefits no matter what the quality being delivered is. If you're young and motivated you will quickly become disenfranchised with all the dead wood floating around this place.

Nice smoking area, very relaxed dress code.
Cons
Call center style office with no privacy.

Jaguar Land Rover started off as a great place to work at. The employees was very nice at least some. The customers was happy at times but unhappy a lot of times with the company land service of the business. This place to turned out to be everything but positive to me. negative energy, gossiping, favoritism,lack of customer service, cursing in front of customers, and managers treat people there as if your their child and talk to you with no respect.My experience was terrible there. Happy that i had the opportunity to gain skills. Above all needed to move on for an better opportunity.

A topical work day always includes at least one customer mad because there vehicle wasn't completed fast enough. The customers are very difficult and demanding.The staff seem like nice people but everyone has their own agenda. There is no structure or teamwork.

a typical day at work would would be as follows a team of 8 to 10 drivers get picked to work outside. the task for outside is we be given a list of cars that they would like to repair during our shift so what we do is driver around the sites car parking areas to locate these cars and drive them to the repair location.
