There were no real policies like taking sick days. We had to communicate with the professor if we were unable to come in if we had a previously scheduled meeting. Otherwise, we basically chose our own hours and worked at our own pace but still had to meet deadlines.

Interview is relaxed, but come into the interview making sure you're in love with the facility and JMU because nothing's worse than hiring an employee who doesn't like the job in the first place because then productivity would be low overall.
