Two days to three weeks depending on district manager
Answered - General Manager (Current Employee) - SC
Depends on how long the manager takes to interview employees and get back to them. It took me 3-4 weeks from when I got the first call to start work. It was a phone interview with the district manager and shop manager, an in-person interview with the shop manager, a follow-up phone interview with the store manager, and a final confirmation from the shop manager on when to start.
We have had people start work within a week of the first phone call depending on how urgently we needed a new hire.
