Make sure manager is on up and up say what eill do and do what says or no trust kn management only out for themselves and the bonuses in management training not good so so no respect unless write bussiness not knowledgeable in jewelry just hope get peoe manager that cares to help build customer base that takes time cant sell everyone cares more sbout credit repairs financing and warrentees than actual jewelry sales quotas care more about than jewelry sales
