Would not recommend, ever. Turn around and run the opposite direction!
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  WarrensburgAugust 29, 2018
Everyone has it down to the T on their reviews. With the exception of the positive ones. It is a horrible place to work. Very very poor management. Play favorites. Its all about who you know not what you know. HR was a joke and lazy and didnt care about anyone. Always have to watch your back and would be smart to stick to yourself. Its a normal thing to be thrown under the bus so the real problem people stay safe and continue to be lazy and sit back and collect a paycheck and take credit. Please run away or go next door to Enersys or Dollar Tree Distribution. You will thank me later!
Pros
Leaving after your shift.
Cons
Having to return for a shift and everything that comes with it.

Terrible place to work
Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Richmond, INMay 14, 2018
I worked on a machine that shot brushes at your face, it was not suppossed to do this. when telling managment I was told to simply put my hand up to block them. I ended up with wire jammed into my hand. This place should be shut down.

Machine operator (Former Employee) –  Libertyville, ILMay 11, 2018
The worst company I've ever worked for. Management is terrible and haven't a clue what's going on in production. A recent transition caused many of the companies hard working long term employees to leave. They have lost so many when the merge happened. The the CEO, plant manger, H. R., SALES, etc all jumped ship. They are still few good people working there but for how much longer? Temps come and go so fast and will continue to as long as the company continues its ways. The filter department has great leads but can only do so much because of the management. Lunch room is a dungeon in the basement. Smells like an old basement.

Working here was like working with high schoolers
Production Associate (Former Employee) –  Battle Creek, MIMarch 27, 2018
Management has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, and if they don’t like you, prepared to be fired for a random (whatever they can find) reason. When they sent me my termination letter, it had a different name, date, and reason on it.

Don’t even get me started on the safety hazards. The day that OSHA shows up unannounced will be the day that Janesville closes down.

Awful place of employment!
Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Battle Creek, MIJanuary 31, 2018
This company is fairly new only being around for 5 years. The management is terrible, the team moral is alarmingly low and the wages don’t compensate for the awful work atmosphere you are forced to endure everyday. Even in cold winter months expect to sweat excessively as there is no cooling system in this plant full of ovens and hot equipment! No ventilation whatsoever in a dusty DIRTY fiber plant!!
Pros
10 vacation days plus paid holidays
Cons
Short breaks, hot work environment, awful upper management

Bad training
Assembler (Current Employee) –  Redgranite, WINovember 26, 2017
New employees should have training more then just 5 minutes. Then after 5 minute training, then your expected to keep up like you have worked there for years. Or they sit there and watch you get behind and then tell at you.. Very unfair and very unhappy. I only been there for 3 days and this has all happened to me.
Pros
Friendly workers
Cons
Yoy have to teach yourself

Oven Operator (Former Employee) –  Warrensburg, MONovember 19, 2017
Most horrible place to work, I was there 2 years barely working fans during the summer, not long enough breaks, management playing favoritism, no room for advancement, managers don’t care about you, working in a Chinese sweatshop would be luxerious compared to this awful place.

One never ending twilight zone episode commercial free is a day in Osborn. Madness. This place should get fined for all the cra p they pulled to pass audit. Falsify documents, still using the coffee cans to hold machine lubrication even after being audited the prior year but they hid this year.
Pros
Wear headphones
Cons
Pay, machines are bad
