They force you to accept abuse. The more you know the more they don't want you..If you bring up safety or staying out or your personal life. You'll be fired. It's children running a business like it's a residence.You have to be willing to be led like a child or you're out .

I was brought in as an open interview, so I was interviewed by the People Department first. My second interview was with two managers. They must have forwarded my application to another manager, as I had a third interview before I was hired. Overall this process took about a month for me.

11-14 on straight time. they do not pay overtime over 8 . They cut your hours to keep you at 40 hours but you'll work up to 14 a day straight time

Follow through with ideas and goals at all levels. Train and produce qualified and motivated leaders. Don't just see something say something. Do something. Don't just talk about it, do it.
