Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Current Employee) – New York, NY – November 15, 2017
Long hours, paid virtually no money, terrible management. You get in trouble taking your lunch hour even thought you're working 10+ hours per day. Don't be fooled by the "lax" culture on the outside (music, dogs, etc.) It is cut-throat and they don't care about their employees. Barely any benefits, no support at all.
Executive Search Consultant (Current Employee) – New York, NY – February 7, 2016
I am surrounded by a global team who are all unique and well balanced, but also kind and work extremely hard to help as many people as possible to be successful. Working here, you feel like you are part of a family and that family is always growing. The culture is amazing and you can tell that everyone around you wants you to succeed and will do everything they can to help you out when it is needed.
Ceo, culture, growth, opportunity
There are no strong CONS to report, but they can work on inclusion for the other offices a bit more.
Talent Acquisition (Former Employee) – Southern CA – November 4, 2014
The fashion and creative recruitment space is a niche and fiercely competitive space and staffing agencies in this niche space make this even more challenging. Surrounded by excellence here my colleagues at JBCStyle were amazing and supportive. Everyone from senior management to the new junior recruiters believe in our approach and culture and it has made the difference in this space and business.
The most enjoyable part of the job was making a difference in so many lives as a career coach, partner and mentor and JBCStyle being so deep in the business afforded me the ability to touch more clients then I could have ever imagined.
fun coworkers, strong culture, committment to excellence
