I have worked here for over two years and sometimes you get a good team. However that rare and the management style has taken a turn for the worse. You can have colleagues and managers who aren't team players which can affect your performance. When your performance is in question, no one works to resolve it but to keep finding fault in you.
Pros
Great Benefits
Cons
Limited Upward Mobility, Lack of Training, No Structure.

The overall company as a whole is wonderful but the internal sites could be managed better. There is a huge gap when it comes to communication, and no one is really listening to feedback that could be used to better the system thats already in place.
Cons
No lunch break
