Submit application online, and call and check on the status of application. Let them know you're interested. They'll email you to schedule interview. I have a group interview for Cashier.

The talent tryout is a group interview, however many stores will do individual interviews if there are not enough people to do the group interview. The group interview is fun and and candidates tend to really enjoy it more than just one-on-one interviews. It tends to make people less nervous, they smile more and are more outgoing. Plus when they go through the onboarding process because they've already met and broken the ice with other candidates at the interview they tend to be more relaxed as well.

Dress to impress. The company is business casual, the managers tend to like it when you show up dressed a step above. Don't wear jeans or t-shirts.
