First shift is usually around 9am and hour early to get set up and start opening up your registers, etc before the store opens up at 10am.
First shift starts at 9 store opens at 10, on holiday's we're there as early as 6
It start at 9:30 Ama opening the registers then the meeting so they open the store at 10Am
