Horrible culture of turn and burn. No regard for individuals from the top down. Knee jerk decision making and policy creation. Everyone should work at a place like this at least once to be able to appreciate a company that actually cares about its employees, company morale and it’s culture.....

Management was willing to help you in any way possible. They worked with you if you needed time off for almost any reason. They also put family first. they were also a very charitable organization.

Very stressful and unhealthy atmosphere. They do not show appreciation for time applied to job and atmosphere is fast paced and unsettled. It is not comfortable on a daily basis.

No time to do anything other than sit I your office 12 hours a day cold calling and prospecting, if you're not covering your 2,400 dollar draw, which means paying them back 2,400 every month and selling a minimum of 8 cars you're fired

We got to drive brand new cars. At the time that was alot of fun.

Walk the lot and talk to clients about purchasing cars. I learned how to sell myself and learned alot about cars.I had awesome managers who taught me about the business. The hardest part was working on a sale all day then they do not buy. The best was when they actually buy a car.
