My day consists of answering phone, taking service calls, dispatching to the mechanics. Inputting data into Navision computer system. Opening and typing comments on wok orders. Invoicing orders, giving out purchase orders. Inputting invoices onto 3rd party vendors invoicing programs. Entering warranty claims. Its usually a very busy day, maybe once in a blue moon it wont be so hectic, but most of the time it is. I enjoy the people I work with very much, just don't see myself advancing and I honestly deserve it. I take care of most of the everyday occurrences that the Service Manager should be taking care of.

If you are willing to work hard, be productive and be a team player than they work with you when emergencies come up short notice. They understand mistakes are made as long as you are willing to learn fro them and apply the proper solutions.
