Clinicians are overworked with high caseloads and very little support from management to complete job requirements, including extensive paperwork. The culture among clinicians is positive and supportive, but overall most are burnt out due to having to put in significant unpaid time to try to keep up with workloads and still falling behind, while dealing - more ... with often traumatic client presenting concerns. Clinical experience gained was most positive part of the job; feeling like I was never doing enough to meet job requirements was the most difficult part of the job. - less
