It's management 101. And it's all about the leads. You have leads that have no business doing that supervisor role. Back stabbing against leads to cover mistakes, delivery promised, why something isn't going down the line for fear of repercussions and basically a general distain between upper management and lower level employment.
It doesn't help the GM makes promises e can't keep.

Great healthy insurance, but the deductible is going up substantially next year. They have gradually done away with the homey touches of free hams and baseball games.

Terrible place to work, if a manger or lead likes you then you have an easy job no matter what kind of employee you are, If they dislike you then everything you do is wrong no matter how good of an employee you are. Racist and sexual comments constantly made, work load was to much, did. It care about an employee having any family time. Didn’t care if the line had a bad day it was get it done or we will replace you. Never heard good job or thank you from management. I personally tell people not to waste there time with this employee, there is much better places to work around grinnell, Iowa and surrounding communities
