Management is poor. They make horrible decisions on personnel and promotions. Benefits are good but not worth the horrible management.
I truly believed that only the kitchen management was horrible until I had to deal with the rest of the management. Most of the time I was working alone, very rarely did I get a full hour or even a half hour break. Management cares only about the bottom line. Common sense does not matter, only the red or the black.
