This company doesn’t follow their “core model”

Don’t bring your grandparents here. The doctor’s, nurses and staff do not care about the patients. The company is all about their numbers that they forget that they’re supposed to be caring for senior citizens. Also, good management is non existent.

High Turnover for all departments

The pay rate is above what other employers offer, however all money is not good money. The quality of the work environment is very low and the integrity is almost at a 0. They hire Managers who do have management experience, but almost no health care experience. So, there is no one who you can go to with questions pertaining to your position, but when you make a mistake they are quick to discipline and fire you or write you up without trying to help you and show you how not to make that mistake. They do not take honor in the employees who have worked there for years, and they do not offer furthering your education, so there is no tuition reimbursement offered. In these days and time a job is very important, yet there are many employee with this company in all departments who have walked off their jobs due to the lost of integrity in the company. Promises made but never followed through. But in spite of how they treat the employees some of the patients love coming to Jencare but for how long since what was promised to them was stripped away?

JenCare could be an amazing place to work if there were people in management that cared about their employess and the patients. If you get on the wrong side of management you may as well put your two weeks notice in. This place is a joke they want you to be appreciative of what they pay but overwork you because they feel what they pay you is enough. They make the patients come to the office once a month. Please dont go to HR with any problems she is the worst person ever. I told HR that my immediate supervisor asked me to cosign a car for her and when i told her no she went above and beyound to get me fired and HR done nothing. Minus the patients that you grow to love so much i wouldn't recommend this place to a dying dog

Leadership was horrible. Turnover rate was terrible. They will hire anything breathing. MA's with no certification. Patients were talked about and treated badly. I was offered a position somewhere else with lower pay to get out.

This company does not appreciate their staff. There is no way to advance in this company due to favoritism and management bringing in their friends for higher positions. You are doing 3 different jobs and not getting compensated for it.

The most enjoyable part of my job at JenCare was helping seniors get the best health care they need, and putting a smile on their face everyday. I am truly grateful for the learning experience.
