Intro job

Very intro level. Good started job to get your foot in the door. Down side is using your own car and it not be counted as case management. If you’re struggling to find a job out of college this is a good place to start

Not good training or support. Management is awful.

These people do not care about the families they care about the money. The management teams are lying about their education and work experience. They openly speak about clients in front of other clients. Completely unprofessional.

Jenda Family Services was my first full-time job after graduation. My supervisor was extremely helpful and a great resource for information. Insufficient leadership, horrible work culture

While working at this location, it was clear that the culture of the workplace was very unorganized and had minimal places for adequate advancement. The pay is subpar, but it was the administration that made the workplace unenjoyable. Be very careful about keeping your personal life very separate as this will be used against you.
