Between 4 and 8 hours, typically closer to 4-5 for ambassadors and 5-7 for shift leads

Answered

It took about 2 weeks. I sent in an application, received an email with a positive response, and had an interview about a week and a half after I sent in the application. I was, however, friends with some of the shift leads at stores around the city, so that may have had something to do with how quickly it took.

Busy days at the Easton store could be rough if we were understaffed, but that was rare. Usually, you'll be bored, as you'll be on the schedule with far too many other employees to make your shift worthwhile. It's also very fake. You have to pretend like you love everything about the company at all times or you will probably end up being fired. Do not speak ill of any flavors either. That's a sure ticket to unemployment.

Answered

None, they tend not to keep full time employees unless they are management.

Answered

It is very very very busy on weekends so it isn't a casual work environment.
