The company touts "industry leading compensation". Are they any better than most companies in the industry and is there a "strong" bonus program per each job for the project manager that's actually achievable?

If you’re good at being a core claims project manager you can potentially make 6 figures and that position is treated as entry level, we hire people with no experience and train them regularly. Our mitigation technicians can work overtime in order to compensate for a lower commission structure which might not seem ideal to every type of person but the hard work truly pays off. If you get an entry level position in an administrative role compensation varies and might not always feel as fair

No, about average with the industry.

There salary is below standards I feel, but the commission makes up for it. I personally would rather have a higher salary and now commission.

Very much so! This might be one of the best companies in the market to work for.
