Easy work, poor management
Underground Coal Miner (Former Employee) – Pennsylvania – January 21, 2019
The job is just physically demanding, no mental capacity needed. Management doesn't care as long as warm bodies are underground. There are decent people you find along the way but management don't communicate, they don't care about their employees. You are treated the same way for the reason they hired you, a labored body. The pay is decent for the work you complete but do not turn your back on anyone.
