This company will give you thick skin or burn you. They are still trying to find their culture. It all depends how you choose to take each day. Everyday will be different. HR is non-existent. Leadership.. a few can be saved. There isn’t much training available so you constantly see immature and unprepared leaders who’s leadership are only listed within their tittles and salary brackets. They have a lot to grow but there is hope because some people in there are actually trying. If you can push yourself and be confident with the job you are doing, you’ll do well. Do not expect recognition.

Commercials are fun. They are open to wacky ideas - we used sheep in airports to replace people. They are open and flexible and are willing to do anything to get the job done.

Worst place I have ever worked! They make up things as they go, their system is a scam. The managers are awful and everything about that company is a joke. They paid very well and cover all your health benefits but I would not recommend working here it is stressful! They are also racist If you are black don’t work here, they’ll send you straight to the overnight shift where you have no management whatsoever to assist you.

The company does not seem to be doing well when it comes to treating their employees. Just the past couple months alone the company lost 30%+ of its employees (You can check this fact online). The company work their employees over the 40 hour mark to sometimes 60 hours per week with no bonus or overpay or even a 'Thank You'. It is sad to see how this company is declining in not only employees but customers too including air operators and charters whom we had major partners with. If you do get an offer make sure you read all the docs before signing and accepting because they will stop the idea of you having a future career if you leave for a minimum of 3 years.

Very disappointed with this company, they took away all the benefits I started with. I regret working here. Everything changed and they kept on lying about everything
