JSX could be an amazing place to work.....the company falls short on caring for their employees. The people who are working with the customers on a daily basis have been there for 1-2 years with no pay increase and when upper management was asked about raises we were told that issue was "on hold". We are customer service agents but also ramp agents - more... and baggage handlers. Our pay does not reflect this. There is very little room for advancement at this time and I do realize the company is still fairly young but there have been many promises made and few promises kept.
