Being gone from home 8 days in a row
Working 10+ hours every day with upwards of 4 or 5 flights each day with an average of 12 hours rest between duty shifts
Wondering if your coworkers are writing false reports to management behind your back to gain favor while providing an excuse for them to terminate you. I’ve seen it happen several times.

You bid for vacation slots with popular times going to the senior. You can bid for up to 3 weeks a year although unless you save up accrued time off for over a year, you never earn enough in a single year to cover 3 weeks

They interview you and give you positive feedback on all three interviews then NEVER call you back or email you. They act very interested and in fact tell you "you are so awesome," then leave you hanging to wonder what went wrong. Good luck to this company in Dallas; I truly hope they have much success.
