Background checks are conducted on all new employees. As this is confidential information between the employer and interviewee, we are not able to disclose this information. All interviewee's are decided on as a case by case situation.

Hello,
We currently have an open PTO (Paid Time Off) policy where sick leave, vacation and personal time are rolled into one plan. After a 60 day probation period, all full-time employees of Jeunesse are eligible to request paid time off for personal, sick and vacation time as needed.

The hiring process varies depending on the position being interviewed for. We have conducted one round interviews all the way up to 5 rounds. The time-frame will also vary depending on the candidates availability to interview, the hiring managers time to interview.
