Always be professional in any interview you are going to have with an employer. Come prepared with copies of your resume, have done some research on the company and have a few questions about the employer and/ or the position you are interviewing for.

If you can, go with a different position. Or take this one with the understanding that it will be temporary. They have a very high turnover, and employees were leaving the company about every week, either on their own volition or from layoffs.

Be yourself, work hard, worry about what you have to offer, do not get caught up in the politics, stay away from gossip and drama. Stay professional at all cost.
