District Sales Manager (Former Employee) – Shreveport, LA – July 15, 2018
Great company to work for. Well run, great benefits, growth potential for employees, and a great team of managers to work with. I would definitely work for them again if the opportunity presented itself.
NA (Current Employee) – Lake Mary, FL – April 4, 2018
As with any place there are good and bad things about this company. The benefits are good, they try to take care of the employees, there is good team work and collaboration here. Upper management is ok, I just wish they would get with the times. The tools we are using are archaic and for a company this size, it just makes it harder to do the job efficiently (primarily using excel spreadsheets for everything). Enough said there. But yea its a good place I would recommend to a friend or to anyone for that matter.
Legal Enforcement Specialist (Former Employee) – Draper, UT – February 12, 2018
Jeunesse looks nice and sounds great until you actually start working there. I never even knew who my boss was and had no expectations. Management never k ew what t was doing and people were always getting in trouble without having any advance warning for improvement. HR is a joke. Many of the employees are complainers and always going off about what they don’t like. Break room has nothing in it - no plastic ware approved for anyone. Working here, you’ll never know where you stand with the company and they won’t care about you one bit. If you’re thinking about it, don’t. You could find better work at McDonald’s.
Copywriter (Former Employee) – Draper, UT – December 12, 2017
The company is based around looking out for yourself. They often will do whatever it takes to move the company forward, without regard for the employees. For example, they don't do employee surveys. Most of the management is friends of someone else, and not necessarily qualified for their positions. They also don't even provide plastic-ware in the breakroom. They don't approve it in the budget. So...
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) – Lake Mary, FL – December 11, 2017
This company is family owned and the family is the only ones that advance to the bigger positions. It is very cut-throat and if you dont fall within a specific circle....good luck advancing at all or receiving raises. Management is horrible and it does not look like is going to change. If you want to be belittled, talked down to, have managers that dont know how to do their job, then this is the right place for you.
Customer Service (Former Employee) – Lake Mary, FL – December 1, 2017
Nepotism at it’s finest. If you don’t have in with someone you won’t get anywhere. Management doesn’t know what they are doing half of the time. If they want you gone they will make something up to get rid of you. Favoritism with certain employees. Always lying.
Benefits and made some good friends there
Management, professionalism, nepotism, favortism. Just everything.
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) – Draper, UT – October 20, 2017
Work environment is extremely micromanaged. Even though they say there is a possibility of moving up and being promoted, that rarely happens. Management does not show interest in employee ideas and welfare.
short breaks, no possibility of moving up, no flexibility with schedules
Assistant Distribution Manager (Former Employee) – Altamonte Springs, FL – October 7, 2017
Overall great atmosphere and advancement. A typical day at work was training 40 warehouse employees, maintaining inventories, and assuring all systems were up to date and accurate with reports. Direct management was often lazy and not very motivated which was alright because i ran the department anyways so it allowed him to stream YouTube and search for jobs all day (this was a real day for him on most days). The hardest part of the job at Jeunesse Global was accepting I had to report to someone i trained who still had no knowledge of what the company was about even after i left. The most enjoyable part of my job was growing with the company after five years as it went from 100 million to 1.2 billion dollars and watching the distributors grow their businesses globally.
Productive. high demand to detail but good working enviornment
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Draper, UT – May 8, 2017
Amazing collaboration with management. Somewhat stressful because of high call volume and multitasking each situation. Good work environment and enjoy collaborating with different cultural backgrounds..
Flexible work schedules, department incentives, understandable management team
Employee (Former Employee) – Lake Mary, FL – March 8, 2017
A typical day at work is extremely fast-pace. What I learned the first day is to never trust anyone. Management sucks! Workplace culture is diverse. The hardest part of the job is staying. The most enjoyable part of the job are events and my PAYCHECK!
A world-wide leader (Current Employee) – Plano, TX – February 17, 2017
This is a direct sales type of role. You can work the both the business side and customer base or just sell the wonderful products. Being a recruiter for so many years has helped me recruit customers for my clientele. Jeunesse offers a fabulous support team and full of information and help anytime you need it.
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Rochester, NY – December 25, 2016
I enjoyed working for Jeunesse because in addition to being a great company they gave you the freedom to work from home or out in the field. The upper management are very hands on and are genuinely interested in the staff. The upper management is also very friendly and they relate to each and every member of the staff. They show enthusiasm and set hight standards.
Travel to other cities and countries, great Upper Management
Contact Center Representative (Former Employee) – Draper, UT – October 20, 2016
Micromanage everything that you do, they listen to your calls, look at your screen 24/7, and the latest you need to wear uniforms. Anti social manager, he doesn't look in your face. They don't pay you what you are suppose to receive if you work extra hours, and they love giving warning letters for everything that you do. Worst company that I ever worked for. Too bad Monavie was sold to this company.
Bad company to work for, don't waist your professional life there.
Chinese CSR (Former Employee) – Lake Mary, FL – October 7, 2016
Its a calling center, agents answer phone calls about ageless products, their accounts. Howver I found this job is super boring and not very inteasting. Its just pay the bills. Cant stay there for one more days.
Entrepreneur (Full-Time) (Former Employee) – Altamonte Springs, FL – September 20, 2016
There is no work schedule, you set your own time and day to work. Work is done at anytime and can be done anyway you desire. You set your own goals and meetings can be done over the internet or even on your phone. Work is mainly retailing.
