This company is family owned and the family is the only ones that advance to the bigger positions. It is very cut-throat and if you dont fall within a specific circle....good luck advancing at all or receiving raises. Management is horrible and it does not look like is going to change. If you want to be belittled, talked down to, have managers that dont know how to do their job, then this is the right place for you.

A typical day at work is extremely fast-pace. What I learned the first day is to never trust anyone. Management sucks! Workplace culture is diverse. The hardest part of the job is staying. The most enjoyable part of the job are events and my PAYCHECK!
