Most of the staff were very friendly. However, this wasn't a collaborative environment at all. There was a lot of micromanaging, but because expectations weren't clear people would get in trouble for breaking policies they didn't know existed.

Speaking as an instructor in the JEVS unit called Orleans Technical College, I'd say that if you can "multitask" fairly well, and, have a grip on modern social trends, then you will be OK. There is stress, but not like in the factories. It leans more on the mind, and less on the body. Perfect for me!
