If you were in charge, what would you do to make Jewish Community Center a better place to work?
Pay close attention to the needs and interests from the people you serve and assist them in developing effective strategies of voicing their concerns to management.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Jewish Community Center?
Unless you are part of the Jewish community you stand to chance in getting a job here.
What advice would you give the CEO of Jewish Community Center about how to improve it?
Raising the bar, through accountability, and excellence by expecting professionals to seek continuous self improvement and a passion for care.
I experience it as an exceptionally warm and supportive place to work. Together we get a lot done but it doesn't feel stressful like many other places I have worked. I turned down a higher paying job for this one because the culture and job called to me more...I have never had a moment's regret. Happiness at work is worth far more to me!
