Company cares more about keeping clients then helping them to reach the goals they have for themselves. The most enjoyable part of working there was the clients themselves. The hardest part was being micromanaged, a lack of consistent communication, and inconsistent training practices.

I enjoyed working there. Although I worked for only 5 weeks, the job made a lasting impact. I worked part time and was able to work with great participants. I enjoyed that I was using my job skills/background to help the participants with job readiness. The staff, managers, the participants, made my experience there truly memorable. Too bad Covid happened and since my husband just had surgery, I could not risk working....Loved my experience there.
Residential Counselor (Part-time) in Boston, MA

I worked for this company for almost two years. Within a month I already started to experience issues with management. They management staff are unprofessional, the staff turnover rate is deplorable. This company has violated countless state mandated regulations pertaining to their clients. The 1 star rating is too high of a rating for this company.

JF&CS is a social services Agency with wise array of services from Adoption to Hospice. I worked in the Home Helath & Homecare Division and learned alot during my time there. Loved working with clients and various different demands of the job, and every day was differrent. From dealing with the public, staff members with problems, IT issues, Front Desk issues, vendors etc no day was alike.
