Worst place to ever work!!
Home Heath Scheduler (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJOctober 25, 2018
No processes or procedures in place, Management does not care about staff. Management is a team of bullies. Position very very unpaid and will work like a horse!!!
It is shame that this agency has not been closed down!!!
Cons
Overworked, underpaid, very ungrateful, nasty!!!!

Horrible work environment
Adminstration (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJMarch 22, 2018
Work environment is hostile unless you're friends with CEO. You're expected to work a lot of hours but the pay is not great. You expect this working for non-profit, but friends of CEO will get raises and rest of staff are lucky to get 2%.
Pros
Jewish Holidays
Cons
Pay, work environment

Social Services Agency missing out on helping employees
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJNovember 6, 2017
There is no typical day at work. Staff are expected to be flexible and move from job to job and department to department within agencies without raises.
Management rewards those who kiss up rather than those who actually do the work. The hardest part of the job was advocating for yourself when you knew you deserved a raise or promotion and were continually denied it. The most enjoyable part of the job was making friendships with some staff who truly are good people and care about the work they do. I would NEVER recommend working here if you have respect for yourself and want to advance your career with a shred of dignity while earning a livable salary.
Pros
free gym membership, usually ample parking
Cons
traffic nightmare at rush hour, not a big discount for daycare, the CEO and upper management are insincere and fake

Productive, and fun place to work.
IT Network Technical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Cherry Hill, NJAugust 21, 2013
A typical workday consisted of managing and repairing PCs, network devices, and servers. Management was very easy to get along with, and for me personally, there wasn't any difficult part of the job. The most enjoy part of it was being able to do what I love to do for a living.
Pros
All around wonderful place to work.
