Definitely the management and politics that go on here. The amount of bullying and favoritism is unreal. People who work hard and keep to themselves are usually used and not given the respect they deserve while others are given a pass because they're part of a clique or in some cases because they're of the same/similar ethnic background. That has no business in any workplace let alone a hospital.
Also the attitudes/ego complexes of a lot of people. Everyone thinks they're the boss of everyone else and won't hesitate to pass along a rude comment or bark orders at someone even if they're not the supervisor or even of the same department. Payroll, HR and those working the desk have some of the worst attitudes. God forbid you ask anything or even speak to them. If your job is to address concerns and you're behind a desk/phone and you have a chip on your shoulder you might consider a new career path. It's also telling of the morale and poor management if that kind of epidemic is even a thing, especially in what's supposed to be a professional environment.
