Very poor leadership and struggling to survive because of it.

This companies reputation cannot be reversed. All qualified leadership have left voluntarily and were replaced with the leftovers. They have little to no experience in running a project, let alone a business.
It is possible that this new leadership will grow into the position, however most professionals were not willing to wait and see. This company sorely needs to be operated by individuals with a respected reputation and notable business contacts in order to overcome their challenges.
In regards to the development teams, most of their experienced talent pool has moved on or currently seeking new opportunities. The lack of leadership involvement in their own programs has resulted in politically driven, volatile teams, with no real authentic product commitments. It is not a very productive atmosphere to expand your technical skillsets leading to most talent jumping ship.
If you are desperate for a job or entry level experience, this is a good place to start for those resume bullets.
There are some nice people that mean well.
Non-existent leadership, unhappy employees, low pay, terrible benefits, you should be happy to have a job mentality, no room for growth, unable to win contracts, irresponsible with client projects.
